Millicent earned her Masters of Science degree at University of Maryland. She earned her Doctorate degree at Frontier Nursing University. Dr. Edgar has a passion for working with the homebound population; and has dedicated her life to service her community.
At Aaron Morgan Medical, we provide House Calls & Telehealth visits for our patients that reside at home or assisted living facilities.
